  • Are my gifts tax-deductible?

    Yes, and you will receive a receipt for your donation. 


    When you give to Imbila Nsuma / Gospel Wings Zambia, you give through Liebenzell USA, the ministry that oversees this project. The U.S. Internal Revenue Service recognizes Liebenzell Mission of USA, Inc., as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) religious organization. As required by the IRS, gifts should be given with the understanding that they are under the full discretion and control of Liebenzell USA.

  • What is the most preferred giving method?

    Electronic Fund Transfers are the best method for regularly recurring donations, while checks are the best for one time donations.


    Both methods avoid fees incurred by online credit card donations.

  • What is an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)?

    An Electronic Funds Tranfer (EFT) allows for automatic withdrawal from your bank account on or about the 10th of every month.

  • Will I receive an end-of-year statement?

    Yes, your December receipt will show the year-to-date total amount donated. 

Liebenzell USA is a charter member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). The ECFA is an accreditation agency dedicated to helping Christian ministries earn the public’s trust through adherence to seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship.


During an 18-month period beginning in 1979, 150 pioneering organizations came together to form ECFA and received the designation of ECFA charter members. Today it is comprised of over 1,100 charitable, religious, missionary, social, and educational tax-exempt, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. ECFA’s Standards of Responsible Stewardship focus on board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fund-raising, and proper use of charity resources.
